Exterior and interior walls are designed from solid ceramic bricks.
Warming - mineral wool.
Finishing of external walls of the 1st floor - granite-ceramic tiles according to the system of ventilated facade.
Finishing of external walls from 2 to 24 floors (including) - were made combined: system of a wet facade with painting by a front paint and zones with system of the ventilated facade.
Finishing of external walls of 25, 26 floors, cockloft and technical floor - system of a wet facade with painting by a front paint.
