Construction of a residential building with accomodations for social and cultural activities as part of the project "Construction of medium-rise and low-rise residential buildings with a complex of social and household facilities at Akademika Lebedeva street 1, Holosiivskyi district, Kyiv.
Residential Complex "Edelveis Feofania" was built according to high standards for business class property. It differs by classic architecture, which consists of 7-storey building and contains 30 spacious and comfortable apartments with high ceilings, windows with panoramic views, wooden fireplaces, energy-efficient facade systems and improved soundproofing.
On the ground floor such facilities are located:
- garage boxes;
- common space for the residents of the complex: reception, SPA-zone with a rest room;
