In 2016, the shop for the production of packaged tea and coffee products and the logistics center of Ltd. "PRODPAK LTD" were renamed to Ltd. "ORIMI UKRAINE".
Ltd. "ORIMI UKRAINE" is the largest Ukrainian producer of tea and natural coffee. Annually, the company produces more than 6,000 tons of tea, which is 62 items of leaf tea and 160 items of tea bags for single brewing (brands: "GREENFIELD", "TESS", "PRINCESS GITA", "PRINCESS CANDY", "PRINCESS NURI", “ PRINCESS JAVA”). The assortment of coffe products is represented by 50 items, which in quantitative equivalent is more than 3,000 tons of coffee per year (brands: "JARDIN", "PIAZZA DEL CAFFE", "JOKE").
The list of assets that were built on the territory of the plant:
- administrative building;
- tea and coffee production shop and logistics center;
- tea and coffee storage;
- fire station pumping station;
- sewage pumping station;
- transformer substation;
- fire tanks;
- rainwater storage tank;
- auxiliary buildings for the operation of the factory.
Total area of the whole building: 23 411 m2.
Foundation: monolithic reinforced concrete.
Walls: brick, sandwich panels with insulation.
Columns: reinforced concrete, 12 m high.
Farms based on reinforced concrete columns, 24 m long.
Roof: with insulation, roofing material.
Floor: reinforced concrete, coated with "topping".
Access roads to the plant were built.
All engineering communications were carried out, such as:
- electricity;
- plumbing;
- heating (own gas boiler room);
- sewerage.
